When Was My Tractor Made? Use these tables to determine when your 1981-or-earlier Simplicity tractor was manufactured. The more detailed table is listed at the right, and contains 4-wheel tractors and riders from 1957 through 1981. It also shows the most common attachments (and their manufacturer number) for each tractor. This table, like all Simplicity information, requires the use of Manufacturer Number. If you own an Allis-Chalmers, you can either: (1) find the year(s) of manufacture in the Model Cross-Reference Table where many are listed, or (2) you can use it to determine the equivalent Simplicity tractor and then come back to this table to determine when it was made. (Note that there is NO Simplicity equivalent to AC 300 or 400 series tractors.)
