This is my pride and joy. It is a Allis-Chalmers 616 with a
brand new Briggs & Stratton 20hp V-twin Vanguard engine. I had to put the
16hp Onan to bed for good. (So I guess you could call it a 620!) I have
a friend who works at a local lawn & garden tractor shop and him and his
co-worker decided to handle the task of finding a replacement motor and came
up with this one. It turned out great! No cutting out of the frame or hood
to make motor fit. My AC is back up and running and I enjoy it a lot. In the
spring I want to put new paint on it, so we'll see what happens. I also
have a 52" snow thrower for it too! Can't wait till this winter!
