36" ROTARY SNOW THROWER (2029938)
The 36" Rotary Snow Thrower is shipped partially assembled. For ease of assembly, unpack and spread out all parts.
ASSEMBLY
1. Attach L.H. and R.H. skid shoes to the rotor body assembly with 3/8" x 3/4" NC carriage
bolts, plain washers and lockwashers. Secure with full hex nut. The shoe is adjustable for specific requirements. (See front cover.)
2. Attach hitch assembly to rotor assembly with 3/8" x 1-1/2"NF hex capscrew, plain washer and spring washer. Secure with hex locknut. (See Fig. 2. )
3. Tip thrower forward to attach drive belt to rotor housing. Loosen clamp on tube and slide guard off pulley, place V-belt
around pulley and reposition guard. Be sure that the top lip of the guard contacts the under side of the deck. Retighten clamp on tube. (See Fig. 2.)
