32” Rotary Mower (Mfg. No. 289) This compact mower levels up to 1¼ acre per hour, with a patented free-floating feature that won’t scalp a blade of grass because mower tilts with front wheels to follow ground contours. Cutting heights are adjustable from 1-5/8" to 3-1/2” simultaneous front and rear of mower. Its one piece housing of rugged steel gives great strength and reduces vibration. Improved steel blades give added tip life. Easily attached in seconds without tools. Leaf Mulcher (Mfg. No. 173) is optional.

Rugged Elegance.  Those two words amply describe this handsome all-season helper.  This 6 lip Simplicity Broadmoor takes the backache out of yard work, and never leaves a trace of having given you a hand. Your friends will think you did all those yard chores yourself.

This riding tractor never leaves evidence of where it’s been — the only mark it leaves is the mark of a job well done.  The Broadmoor rolls to work on lawn—pampering Floating Traction tires, which tiptoe over grass, practically float through slippery going, and won’t bog down in snow. It’s a fact that these high—flotation tires exert less pressure per inch than a ballet dancer’s feather light step.

The Broadmoor gives you big machine all-season utility for the price you’d expect to pay for a single purpose riding mower alone, it’s compact, versatile, easy to operate, and ready to go whenever you are. Its powerful 6 hp engine responds eagerly to Easy Spin starting and magneto ignition system. This power partner makes others in its class obsolete and over-priced. It gives you a choice of lawn-mowing options — with width of swath ranging from 32 inches to a full 5 feet. It’s great for grading . . . takes the drudgery out of snow removal . . . and lets you change attachments in less than a minute without tools.  Here’s an all-year worker that’s always ready to help — and never asks a cent for overtime. The Broadmoor takes the time-consuming grind out of jobs that could make you long for apartment living . . . and makes you a homeowner with more free time for fun and family.

3-Gang Mower (Mfg. No. 273) Upper right. Work always goes faster when the whole gang pitches in, and that’s the case with this mower. Three 22” ground-driven mowers smooth 2¾ acres per hour, covering a 5’ wide swath and reducing any big lawn to small patch proportions. Heavy-duty construction gives long, service-free life under constant use. Extra wide tires prevent marking your lawn — even when the ground is wet.

32” Rotary Snow Thrower (Mfg. No. 293) This machine actually puts a little fun in snow removal. Cutting a 32” wide swath and sending it flying in any direction, this rotary snow thrower turns a blizzard into reverse.  It has a one-piece, non-clogging auger and height adjustable skid shoes which allow snow removal over uneven surfaces.

New Vacuum Collector (Mfg. No. 343) Here’s a new attachment for the Broadmoor that makes raking out-dated. This Vacuum Collector whisks up leaves and long clippings without causing a callous. It simultaneously vacuums and  mulches leaves and grass clippings as you mow, and propels them into an extra large grass  container. Heavy-duty, all weather canvas bag features sturdy removable rear door that’s extra wide for easy dumping. Attaches in minutes to the 32” rotary mower ‘md dump cart.
